Pursuant to Executive Decree No. 03-279 of August 24, 2003, amended and supplemented by Executive Decree No. 06-343 of September 27, 2006, which defines the tasks of the university and the rules for its organization, as well as the composition and tasks of the Scientific Council of the Faculty.<\/p>

And according to the ministerial decision dated May 05, 2004, which determines the modalities for the functioning of the scientific council of the college.<\/p>

The tasks of the Scientific Council of the Faculty of Law and Political Science at the University of Djilali Bounaama Khemis Miliana are as follows:<\/p>

The scientific council of the college expresses its opinions and recommendations as follows:<\/p>

Education organization and content.<\/p>

– Organizing research work.<\/p>

– Suggestions for research programs.<\/p>

– Suggestions to create or close sections.<\/p>

– Proposals to establish and close research units and\/or research laboratories.<\/p>

– Suggestions to open or close a branch.<\/p>

– Proposals to open post-graduation divisions, extend them and\/or close them, and specify the number of positions to be filled.<\/p>

Specifications of academic professors and their needs.<\/p>

– Approving post-graduation research topics or committee proposals for discussion.<\/p>

Suggest university qualification committees.<\/p>

– Studying the results of the educational and scientific activities of the college that the dean of the college sends to the president of the university, accompanied by the opinions and recommendations of the council.<\/p>

He also expresses his opinion on every issue related to the pedagogical or scientific aspect that is presented by the college administration represented by the dean or the scientific committees of the departments.<\/p>
