execution;<\/span><\/h3><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><h3><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Manage the career path of faculty employees.<\/span><\/h3><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><h3><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Ensure the management and conservation of the archives and documentation of the faculty<\/span><\/h3><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><h3><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Prepare and Monitor Budgets\u00a0of the faculty and assure its execution;<\/span><\/h3><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><h3><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">To promote scientific, cultural and sports activities for the benefit of students in coordination with the concerned structures of the rectorate<\/span><\/h3><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><h3><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Manage the movable and immovable resources of the faculty and ensure their maintenance<\/span><\/h3><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><h3><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Ensure the implementation of the faculty\u2019s internal security plan<\/span><\/h3><\/li><\/ul><h3><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">In order to be able to carry out its missions, the General Secretariat of the Faculty includes several services,
