data-end=\"1669\"><strong data-start=\"1143\" data-end=\"1669\">In accordance with the provisions of Decision No. 345 dated March 9, 2026, which defines the selection criteria for admission to the short-term international mobility program (training abroad), the categories concerned by this decision, and who have already submitted their applications via the digital platform for short-term international mobility (opened from January 10 to February 1, 2026), are requested to submit a request to change their destination in order to benefit from the special program (English language).<\/strong><\/p><p data-start=\"1671\" data-end=\"1840\"><strong data-start=\"1671\" data-end=\"1840\">This process will be carried out through an exceptional platform that will be specifically opened for this purpose, during the period from April 6 to April 13, 2026.<\/strong><\/p><p data-section-id=\"6zzv7w\" data-start=\"1842\" data-end=\"1851\"><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><strong>Note:<\/strong><\/span><\/p><ul data-start=\"1852\" data-end=\"2053\"><li data-section-id=\"vk7kjd\" data-start=\"1852\" data-end=\"1940\">Teachers are required to submit proof of English language proficiency: <strong data-start=\"1925\" data-end=\"1937\">B1 or B2<\/strong>.<\/li><li data-section-id=\"1uz3kav\" data-start=\"1941\" data-end=\"2053\">Administrative and technical staff are required to submit proof of English language proficiency: <strong data-start=\"2040\" data-end=\"2052\">A2 or B1<\/strong>.<\/li><\/ul><h2 style=\"text-align: center;\" data-start=\"2055\"
