There are two Services/offices that play an instrumental roles in the Vice Rectorate in charge of External Relations of Djilali Bounaama Khemis Miliana University. Together, they contribute to the university’s internationalization efforts, academic development, and the promotion of a vibrant academic community.
1- Service of Interuniversity Exchanges of Cooperation and Partnership (EICP)
2- Service of Animation, Communication and Scientific Events: (ACMS)
Each office has it own objectifs :
1.The Exchange and Collaboration Office

2. The Animation, Communication, Scientific Events Office
The Animation, Communication, Scientific Events Office plays a vital role in promoting and organizing various academic and scientific events at DjilaliBounaamaKhemisMiliana University. This office serves as a catalyst for fostering intellectual exchange, disseminating knowledge, and enhancing the university’s visibility in the academic community.
