The digital platform dedicated to registration for changing destination to benefit from the special program (English language) within the framework of short-term international mobility for the year 2026.

In accordance with the provisions of Decision No. 345 dated March 9, 2026, which defines the selection criteria for admission to the short-term international mobility program (training abroad), the categories concerned by this decision, and who have already submitted their applications via the digital platform for short-term international mobility (opened from January 10 to February 1, 2026), are requested to submit a request to change their destination in order to benefit from the special program (English language).

This process will be carried out through an exceptional platform that will be specifically opened for this purpose, during the period from April 6 to April 13, 2026.

Note:

  • Teachers are required to submit proof of English language proficiency: B1 or B2.
  • Administrative and technical staff are required to submit proof of English language proficiency: A2 or B1.
