The Vice-rectorate of Higher Education of the First and Second Cycles, Continuing Education and Degrees, and Graduate Education has the following missions
• Follow up on matters relating to the progress of teaching and training organized by the University.
• Ensure that the training offers of faculties and institutes are in line with the development program of the university.
• Ensure compliance with applicable regulations in the field of registration, re-registration, knowledge control and transition of students.
• Monitor the University’s teleconferencing activities and the development of continuing education activities;
• Ensure compliance with applicable regulations and procedures for issuing certificates and equivalents
• Ensure that lists of student names are well established and updated.
ServicesThey are as follows:Department of Teaching, Training and Assessment:
Its functions are as follows:
• Follow up on issues relating to teaching, training and assessment.
• Ensure that the training offers offered by the faculties and Institute are in line with the development program of the university.
• Ensure the supevision process.
• Control and compare teachers’ hourly volumes.
Continuing Education Department:Its functions are as follows:
• Recessing students, teachers and pedagogical structures
• Ensure compliance with the regulations in force in the field of registration, re-registration and transition and supervision of students
• Monitoring of University teleconferencing activities.
• Develop continuing education activities.
• Manage the pedagogical follow-up sheets.
• Ensure the maintenance and updating of the student name file
Department of Diplomas and Equivalences:
Its functions are as follows:
• Ensure the organization and the follow-up of the delivery of certificates and assensements..
• Work on the preservation of archives.
